SCHEDULE 1 N.I. THE LEGAL SERVICES OVERSIGHT COMMISSIONER FOR NORTHERN IRELAND

Status N.I.

1—(1) The person for the time being holding the office of Legal Services Oversight Commissioner for Northern Ireland shall by that name be a corporation sole. N.I.

(2) The Commissioner shall not be regarded—

(a) as the servant or agent of the Crown; or

(b) as enjoying any status, immunity or privilege of the Crown.

(3) Any property held by the Commissioner shall not be regarded as property of, or held on behalf of, the Crown.
