No order to which subsection (2) applies is to be made unless a draft of the order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Assembly.

This subsection applies to an order under section 12(2), 19(3), 22(2) or 60.

Orders under paragraph 6(1) of Schedule 1 are subject to negative resolution.

Orders mentioned in this section may contain such incidental, consequential, supplementary, transitional and savings provisions as appear to the authority making them to be necessary or expedient.
