Article 7A is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1) for sub-paragraph (a)(iii) substitute—

the child, if the child is over compulsory school age, or the parent of the child in any other case; and

In paragraph (1) for sub-paragraph (c)(iii) substitute—

the child, if the child is over compulsory school age, or the parent of the child in any other case.
