a
for “Article 51(1)(b)” substitute “Articles 48B(2) to (6), 51(1)(b) and 52C(1)”,
b
for “(l)” substitute “(m)”, and
c
in sub-paragraph (b), at the beginning insert “except in the case of premises of a kind mentioned in Article 5(1)(m),”.
