Final provisions
I110Commencement
1
The following provisions of this Act come into operation on the day after Royal Assent—
a
section 2(1), (2) and (7) to (16);
b
section 8;
c
section 9;
d
this section; and
e
section 11.

The other provisions of this Act come into operation—
a
at the end of the period of two years beginning with the day of Royal Assent, or
b
on such earlier day or days as the Executive Office may by order appoint instead.
3
An order under this section may include such transitional, transitory or saving provision as the Executive Office considers appropriate.
