(2) In paragraph (1)—

(a) for “the Department” substitute “the trust specified by the court”;

(b) omit “the Board or”.

(3) In paragraph (2)—

(a) for “the Department” substitute “the trust”;

(b) omit “the Board or”.

(4) In paragraph (3)—

(a) for “the Department” (in both places) substitute “the trust”;

(b) omit “the Board or”.

(5) In paragraph (5), omit “Board,”.
