Section 145 (adjustments between the National Insurance Fund and the Consolidated Fund) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)(b)—
a
at the end of sub-paragraph (iv), omit “and”;
b
after sub-paragraph (v) insert
; and
vi
statutory parental bereavement pay.

In subsection (5B)(a), for “or statutory adoption pay” substitute “, statutory adoption pay or statutory parental bereavement pay”
