Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 N.I.

4.  In section 4(1)(a) (payments treated as remuneration and earnings)— N.I.

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (v), omit “and”;

(b) after that sub-paragraph insert

“or

(vi) statutory parental bereavement pay; and”.
