2.—(1) Section 46(1) of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002(1) (organisations subject to inspection by the Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice in Northern Ireland) shall be amended as follows.

(2) At the end of paragraph (q) omit “and”.

(3) After paragraph (r) insert –

“(s) Belfast International Airport Limited,

(t) Belfast Harbour Commissioners, and

(u) Larne Harbour Limited.”.
