The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11(1), (2) and (3) of the Welfare of Animals Act (Northern Ireland) 20111.
The Department has consulted such persons appearing to it to represent any relevant interests as it considers appropriate.
