33.—(1) The Northern Ireland Social Care Council (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1(2) (citation, commencement and interpretation), after the definition of “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert—
““debt relief restrictions order” means an order made under Schedule 2ZB to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, or Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986;”.
(3) In regulation 4(1) (disqualification for appointment) after sub-paragraph (b), insert—
“(ba)a person who is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order;”.
(4) In regulation 6(6) (termination of tenure of office of chairman and members) after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “or a debt relief restrictions order”.
