This Order may be cited as the Food Hygiene Rating (Fee and Fixed Penalty Amount) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016 and comes into operation on 0th Month 2016.

In this Order “the Act” means the Food Hygiene Rating Act (Northern Ireland) 2016
