a statistical report in respect of, and which includes a description of, the procedures which the Society has in place to protect members of the public from registered persons whose fitness to practise is impaired, together with the Council’s observations on the report; and

a report, submitted to the Department, on the Society’s exercise of its functions, and the Department shall lay before the Assembly a copy of the report submitted by the Council under this sub-paragraph.
