Departures from valuation list in levying ratesN.I.
10.—(1) The Department, in levying a rate, may make such departures not affecting value from the particulars contained in [F1a valuation list] as may be necessary to enable the rate to be effectively levied in accordance with the provisions of this Order.
(2) Any departure under paragraph (1) shall be forthwith reported to the district valuer.
