9. Para.(1) amends sch. to 1952 c. 67
(2) [F1References in the Children and Young Persons Act (Northern Ireland) 1968 (except in section 174) and the Criminal Justice (Children) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998] to the offences mentioned in Schedule 1 to that Act shall include an offence under Article 3(1)( a); and
