Subject to paragraph (2), the last words in the name of a collecting society shall be “collecting society”, and the society shall use its registered name on all documents issued by it and no other name.

Paragraph (1) shall not apply to a collecting society registered before 1st January 1896 or to a friendly society which became a collecting society before 7th November 1924.
