It shall be the duty of every board administering a scheme underF1 the Agricultural Marketing Act (Northern Ireland) 1964F2[F3 or the Agricultural Marketing (Northern Ireland) Order 1982] to furnish to the Department at any time such information as the Department may reasonably require for the purposes of its functions under this Order.
