19E.—(1) The holder of a Great Britain driving licence may drive, and a person may cause or permit the holder of such a licence to drive, in Northern Ireland[F1 in accordance with that licence,], a motor vehicle of any class which he is authorised by that licence to drive, and which he is not disqualified from driving under this Part or the special provisions set out in Articles 70 to 79, notwithstanding that he is not the holder of a licence under this Part.
(2) Any driver holding a Great Britain driving licence shall be under the like obligation to produce such a licence [F2as if it] had been a licence granted under this Part F3...;[F4 and the provisions—
