160.—(1) Any person who wilfully obstructs an authorised person in the performance of anything which he is required or authorised to do by this Order shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding[F1 level 4 on the standard scale].
(2) In this Article “authorised person” means any person (including any officer of the Department or of the Executive) who is required or authorised under this Order to exercise any function.
