Application to the CrownN.I.
169. Without prejudice to any Order in Council made under section 53 of the Crown Proceedings Act 1947F1 (extension of that Act to Northern Ireland), Articles 100 to 107 bind the Crown to the extent necessary to enable the enforcement of the duties imposed on chief officers by virtue of Article 103.
