As soon as practicable after the making of an order under Article 7, the Department shall publish a notice in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

The notice shall contain—
a
a statement that the order has been made and will have effect to make the area an enterprise zone;
b
a statement that a copy of the scheme can be inspected without payment and a statement of the address where and times when it can be inspected.

The notice shall be published—
a
in the Belfast Gazette; and
b
on at least two occasions, in a newspaper circulating in the area to which the scheme relates.
