7.—(1) The [F1Department of Justice] may pay to the Board such sums in respect of its expenses as [F2the Department of Justice] may with the approval of the [F3Department of Finance and Personnel] determine.
(2) So far as relates to the use and expenditure of sums paid under paragraph (1), the Board shall give effect to any directions which the [F4Department of Justice] may give to it.
(3) Schedule 3 (which relates to the making of reports and the maintenance of records by the Board and to the auditing of its accounts) shall have effect.
