Any person taking part in gaming to which this Chapter applies in a street or public place shall be guilty of an offence.

A constable may arrest without warrant any person found committing an offence under this Article and may seize and detain any books, cards, papers and other articles relating to gaming which may be found in his possession.

In this Article “street” has the meaning assigned to it by Article 5(3)(a) and (b).
