PART IIPROCEDURE FOR RENEWALS OUT OF TIME

7.

Part I shall apply for the purposes of an application under Article 146(1) for the renewal of a lottery certificate, subject to the following modifications—

(a)

paragraph 1 shall be omitted;

(b)

in paragraphs 2, 5 and 6 for any reference to the renewal date there shall be substituted a reference to the time of the court sitting at which the application is to be made.
