PART VIII N.I. MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY AND AFFAIRS OF PATIENTS

Interpretation of Part VIII N.I.

109.  In this Part—

• “the court” means the High Court;

• “patient” has the meaning assigned to it by Article 97(1);

• “property” includes any thing in action, and any interest in real or personal property;

• “rules of court” means rules of court made under section 55 of the [1978 c. 23] Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978.
