F2The Regional Health and Social Care Board and the Regional Agency for Public Health and Social Well-being shall, to such extent as may be approved by the Department, make arrangements designed to promote mental health, to secure the prevention of mental disorder and to promote the treatment, welfare and care of persons suffering from mental disorder.

This Article applies to an F3HSC trust as it applies to a Board.
