Where at any time before the appointed day an application to the Review Tribunal has been made by a person who at that time was the patient's nearest relative and the application has not then been determined and by reason of the coming into force of Article 32 that person ceased to be the patient's nearest relative on that day, that person shall nevertheless be treated for the purposes of the application as continuing to be his nearest relative.N.I.
