The Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, Section 25 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 08 March 2025. 25. In this Order—
“premises” includes any place and, in particular, includes—
any vehicle, vessel, aircraft or hovercraft;
any offshore installation; and
any tent or movable structure; and
“offshore installation” has the meaning given to it by section 1 of the Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971F1.
