Orders made F2by the Secretary of State under F3Article F453A or 85(1) shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament and section 5 of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946F5 shall apply accordingly.

Orders made by the Department of Justice under Article 53, F753A, 60, 60A F8, 66 or 81 shall be subject to negative resolution.

Regulations made by the Department of Justice under Article 29(4) or 46A shall be subject to negative resolution.
