82. As from the day on which the creditors' meeting is held under Article 81, this Order has effect as if—
(a )F3the directors' declaration under Article 75 had not been made; and
(b )F3the creditors' meeting and the company meeting at which it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily were the meetings mentioned in Article 84;
and accordingly the winding up becomes a creditors' voluntary winding up.
