4.—(1) Without prejudice to the application of subsections (2) and (3) of section 20 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) (which relate to offences committed by bodies corporate), in relation to offences under this Order or any regulations, order or byelaw made under it, subsection (2) shall, with the omission of the words “subject to subsection (3)”, apply in relation to offences committed by bodies corporate against any provision of any order or regulations.
(2) In the application by sub-paragraph (1) of the said subsection (2) the expression “director”, in relation to any body corporate established by or under any enactment for the purpose of carrying on under national ownership any industry or part of an industry or undertaking, being a body corporate whose affairs are managed by its members, means a member of that body corporate.
