PART IIIREORGANISATION OF THE INDUSTRY

Finances of successor companies

Financial limits on borrowings, etc.83

The aggregate of any amounts outstanding by way of principal in respect of—

a

sums issued under Article 81 in ful lment of guarantees given in respect of loans made to such companies; and

b

relevant loans within the meaning of Article 82,

shall not exceed £750 million.
