The proprietor of a certified tourist establishment shall cause to be kept a register (in this Article referred to as a “visitors register”) of visitors using the sleeping accommodation provided at that establishment.

A visitors register shall contain such particulars and be kept by such means as the Department after consultation with the Board may prescribe.

Any person who fails to keep a visitors register in accordance with this Article and regulations thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 1 on the standard scale.
