There shall continue to be a body called the Labour Relations Agency (in this Order referred to as “the Agency”).

The constitution of the Agency shall be as provided in that behalf in Part I of Schedule 4, and the supplementary provisions contained in Part II of that Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Agency.
