43. In Schedule 4 to the principal Act (Local Government Boundaries Commissioner)—
(a)in paragraph 5(2) of Part I (appointment of assessors) for “and the Chief Survey Officer of Ordnance Survey for Northern Ireland” there shall be substitued “, the Chief Survey Officer of Ordnance Survey for Northern Ireland and the Chief Electoral Officer for Northern Ireland”;
(b)in paragraph 2(b) of Part II (period for receipt of repesentations) after “one month” there shall be inserted “, or such longer period as the Commissioner may determine, being a period not exceeding 2 months,”.
