PART III N.I. REGISTRATION OF DEEDS

The Crown N.I.

50.—(1) The following section shall be inserted after section 21 of the Deeds Act:

“The Crown.

21A.   This Act binds the Crown.”.

(2) Paragraph (1) does not affect any priority existing immediately before the commencement of this Article.
