The Livestock Marketing Commission for Northern Ireland established under section 1 of the Livestock Marketing Commission Act (Northern Ireland) 1967F1 is renamed the Livestock and Meat Commission for Northern Ireland.

In Part II of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975F2, for the entry “The Livestock Marketing Commission for Northern Ireland” there shall be substituted—
“The Livestock and Meat Commission for Northern Ireland” .
