No will, or any part thereof, is revocable otherwise than—

a

in accordance with Article 12 (marriage)F1 or Article 13A (civil partnership); or

b

by another will; or

c

by some writing, declaring an intention to revoke the will, executed in the manner in which a will is required to be executed; or

d

by the testator, or some person in his presence and by his direction, burning, tearing or otherwise destroying the will, with the intention of revoking it.

No will is revoked by any presumption of an intention on the ground of an alteration in circumstances.
