This Order may be cited as the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1994.

Except as provided by paragraph (3), this Order shall come into operation on 1st March 1994.

Articles 5 to 7 and Schedules 1 and 2 shall come into operation on 1st April 1994.
