SCHEDULE 3 N.I.SUPERVISION ORDERS

Meaning of “responsible person” N.I.

1.  In this Schedule, “the responsible person”, in relation to a supervised child, means— N.I.

(a) any person who has parental responsibility for the child; and

(b) any other person with whom the child is living.
