Any person who at any time in the last five years has, in the United Kingdom or the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, been placed on probation F1or had made in respect of him a community payback order under section 227A of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 which did not include an unpaid work or other activity requirement under section 227A(2)(c).
