In Article 79A(3)(b)(ii) of the M1 Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 (taxi driver's licence not to be granted unless the applicant passes such test of driving competence to drive a vehicle of the type for which the licence is required and meets such other requirements as may be prescribed), from “passes” to “required and” is omitted.
