The making or conduct of an application to the Court—
a
pursuant to Article 114(2) for the issue of a warrant for the arrest of a person and for the seizure of any books, papers, records, money or goods in that person's possession; or
b
pursuant to Article 335, for the issue of a warrant for the arrest of a debtor, an undischarged bankrupt or a discharged bankrupt and for the seizure of any books, papers, records, money or goods in the debtor's or bankrupt's possession, as the case may be.
