CHAPTER I N.I. CITATION AND COMMENCEMENT

Citation and commencement N.I.

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the expiration of 2 months from the day on which it is made.
