Provisions with respect to the General Consumer Council
Reports of the General Consumer Council34

The General Consumer Council—
a
shall make a report to the Director on any such matter as he may require; and
b
may make a report to the Director concerning any matter which appears to the Council to affect the interests of consumers of gas.

The General Consumer Council shall send to the Director a copy of every report prepared by it under paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 1 to the [1984 NI 12.] General Consumer Council (Northern Ireland) Order 1984 (annual report of Council).
