This Order may be cited as the Commissioner for Complaints (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997.

This Order shall come into operation on such day as the Department of Health and Social Services may by order appointF1.

An order under paragraph (2) may contain such transitional and supplementary provisions as appear to the Department of Health and Social Services to be necessary or expedient.
