After Article 65 of the M1Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 (road humps and other traffic calming works) there shall be inserted the following Article—

“Equipment for detection of traffic offences65A.

The Department may install and maintain on or near a road structures and equipment for the detection of traffic offences.”.
