The Department shall publish in a newspaper circulating in theF1 district in which the road is situated, a notice specifying—
a
the restrictions or prohibitions imposed or to be imposed on the use of the road;
b
the period during which such restrictions or prohibitions are likely to be in force; and
c
where appropriate, an alternative route or routes available for traffic.
