Provision of secondary education for pupils in key stage 4 by institutions of further education N.I.

83.  Para. (1) rep. by 2003 NI 12

[F1 (2) [F2 The Authority] may arrange for secondary education to be provided by an institution of further education—

(a) F3 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

(b) to meet the needs of any child over the age of 14 but under compulsory school age who F4 ... is not a registered pupil at any grant-aided school.]

(3) Before making any arrangements under paragraph (2) in relation to a registered pupil at a Catholic maintained school, [F2 the Authority] shall consult the Council for Catholic Maintained Schools.
