In Article 46(1) of the Criminal Justice (Children) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 (discharge on licence) for the words “Article 45” there shall be substituted the words “Article 45(2)”.

The statutory provisions set out in Schedule 3 are repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
